TIM PASQUINELLI
Tim Pasquinelli began his accounting career in 1991 at a CPA firm in Palo Alto, California where he became a partner in 1994. He built his practice by providing a wide range of accounting, finance, and tax services to closely held businesses and their owners in many industries. In 1997, he partnered with David Muscara, CPA to form what is known today as Muscara & Pasquinelli, CPAs.
Tim graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. He also received his master’s degree in Finance from Golden Gate University. He has been living in San Jose all his life. Tim and his wife Rebecca have been married nearly 25 years, and have a daughter, Gabriella, and a son, Reece. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
DAVID MUSCARA
David Muscara began his accounting career in Cupertino, California in 1982. He became a partner at a local CPA firm in 1985, when he received his CPA license with the State of California. In June 1987, he started his own firm, David Muscara, CPA. He built his accounting clientele with a variety of personal clients and business owners from a broad range of industries. In 1997, he partnered with Tim Pasquinelli, CPA to form what is known today as Muscara and Pasquinelli, CPAs.
David graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting. He has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 50 years. He and his wife Tina have been married over 37 years and have one son, Matthew. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his grandchild.
MATT MUSCARA
Matthew Muscara began his accounting career in San Jose, California in 2015. The following year, in 2016, he received his CPA license for the State of California. He became Partner at Muscara & Pasquinelli, CPAs in January 2021. Matthew specializes in tax preparation and planning services for personal, small business, and corporate clients within a wide scope of industries and scale.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology at University of California at Davis. While earning his Bachelor’s degree, he also played on the UC Davis Division I Golf Team. Most recently, in 2021, he earned his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
Matthew was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he now lives with there his wife Cassandra and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and traveling with family and German Shepard, Kody.
